This post is quite overdue but not that overdue - its about my trip to malacca during June!!! It was a short trip since i was still on internship!!! scored myself a 3 day break with my leave on night shift hahahaha I havent been to malacca in ages, maybe 10 years+? The last time i went was with my aunt and cousins and i remember that i was pretty tiny HAHAHA
so on 12th June, my dad drove the whole family + lancelot in to Malacca and we reached at around 5pm? I cant really remember but the sky was still kind of bright hahaha our hotel was so near Jonker Street, less than 10 min walk hehehe we headed over to the street for dinner but before that we just walked along the street and had some snacks like the eggs on stick omg that was good. Dinner was good but not filling :( walked a little more before heading back to the hotel. But then we headed out again at 10 since we started feeling hungry again hahaha then guess who i bumped into? brendan's parents!!! haahahaha so we walked the street again then bought things again (as usual) then packet some fried carrot cake back for supper hahahaha that was it for the first day!!
so onto the second day, we went to eat breakfast provided by the hotel at the restaurant below and headed off to the old church near the hotel. And it was really quite nice like all the history and stuff and i did enjoy it hahaha then we went over to the two shopping centre nearby - makkota and the other one i not too sure and omg the clothes were cheap so i bought brendan three in hope of keeping one for myself cos its really nice and comfy but in the end he took all :( LOL but also prove that I got 眼光 cos he likes hehehe had A&W for lunch which was such a bad idea. That stupid bitch was damn rude zz the service sucks and she was damn slow and damn attitude lol ok moving on, makkota didnt have much so we just kinda walked around until around 6+ we headed back to the hotel to out everything down before heading out for dinner
went back to Jonker street for dinner and as usual its all the roadside thing then we walked the shop at the sides. i got this super pretty rainbow pj pants but until now i still dont have the chance to wear it out :( probably when i fly to bangkok hehehe and then the highlight of the trip: drinking at a pub with my parents!!! so the day before we were discussing about going to that pub and we really went the next night hehehe the flaming lambo was alot cheaper than singapore so i told my mum to order that while i take my snowball hahahaha but then after that i was thinking since its cheap then why not? cos not like i get to drink in singapore also. it was about SGD14 hahaha in the end, my brother finished my snowball while i had a flaming lambo woohoooooo but i died cos i think i sucked the fire in but maybe i didnt and i wasnt sure cos i felt like my tongue got burnt :(( went back to the hotel and had a cup of maggie mee before knocking out and thats it for the second day!!!
went to have the famous chicken rice ball before leaving malacca!! i managed to buy a glass bottled coke hahahaha and it was so freaking gassy i cannot stop burping after that LOL stopped at JB for some grocery shopping and dinner before going back to singapore and thats it for my trip!
Ive been so busy everyday ever since holiday started and i dont even know why but i'll be back more often hehehe promise!!! hopefully i'll be able to update with another 2 more posts before i head back to changi for my extension hehehe ok bye x
