so on friday, i went to gardens by the bay with brendan and his family. i was super excited for it la hehe ive always wanted to see super huge lanterns after the disney themed one at chinese garden when i was younger hehe it was pretty but a little disappointed cos there wasnt much things to see :( it was pretty thoughhh. all the large lanterns are at the outdoor area so i didnt go into cooled conservatories, which is the indoor place. but i want to go one day!!!
sunday was the annual waseda japanese senior high school japanese festival (the one where i won a bose speaker hehehe) but this year i didnt win anything :( but it was still fun!!! hehe
we went to this cafe where me and brendan had pancakes in this peter pan themed classroon and the people were dressing according to their theme!!! they are super cute hahaha then we went to this hansel and gretel maze thing and we got cheated into this haunted area omg it was so scary i was walking straight all the way while holding on to brendan super duper tightly hahaha this girl wearing the ghost mask was scaring us from the back but i didnt turn back (lucky me!!!)
after that we went to get proper food. i got the beancurd udon while brendan got the japanese currrrry. nomnomnom hehe then we went into this place where we played a few japanese games like they made their own pinball thing and my favourite game!!! the catching-balloon-with-a-paper-holding-metal-hook game hahaha i dont really know how to explain. its hard to catch the balloon but im good at it wahahaha cos i reallyreally like the balloons they are damn prettttttty
after that we headed to brendan's house cos his relatives were over and they were gonna have steamboat for dinner hehe it was niceee but it would be more lively with the other three kids around but sadly, they went back to beijing already :( oh well
(i think i lost all the photos i took in the japanese school ahhhhhhh T.T)
