on the day we fly (day 1), we had to assemble at the airport at 9:30am to check in our luggages and to make sure everyone reached before the plan flies off at 11:30am! so my mum sent me off while my whole family slept at home oh well hahaha so we went in at about 10am when we check in all our luggages. i went with a 11kg luggage! at this moment, think how many kg luggage did i come back with hahahaha had breakfast at BK and shared a meal with brendan cos i wasnt that hungry and know that food will be served on the airplane hahaha reach taiwan at about 5:30pm? around there and that was when we were first introduced our tour guide, 小芳姐! first impression was "omg her hair so long" hahaha and it was really damn long like until her butt there ok and not exaggerating pls hahaha and she only knew how to speak chinese so thank god i understand if not i will be lost as hell and ofcourse since she spoke in chinese, time to time i had to translate to brendan hahaha especially when she speaks damn fast then sometimes i also cannot catch whatever she is saying LOL
ok so they brought us to have dinner first before the 1 and half hour ride from taoyuan to yilan where we had our farm stay! before that we stopped by 7-11 and got maggie mee hahaha i got the mala one which i love and 小芳 recommends while annabelle got the spicy but not mala one hehehe about 5 - 10 mins later we reached the farm stay place and was sent back to our room while mr oh had to sort out some admin stuff like collect our passport. ohya and the room there was 4 people 1 room with two double bed so i shared the bed with annabelle and room with shermaine and hannah who took the other bed. we didnt have anything to do around there so we just stayed in the room to watch tv LOL that conclude our first day!
rise and shine for day 2 which was packed with so many activities just like every other day. we had our morning call at 8am? and breakfast was at this meeting place until 9am before the activites started. honestly i didnt like the breakfast there cos it was only porridge with dishes which i dont eat so i ate only bun and bread i think hahaha i cant remember omg headed to their crab museum at level 3 first to see those live crabs first before going down to level 2 to see the fossils with this tour guide of the place who explained in detail about those crabs but honestly i cannot remember and pay attention to him because i was so far behind that i couldnt see which crab he was actually talking about.
we then headed down to the place we do most of our things at to make our crabby bank!!! it was fun but my crab looks like it has a mostache and it wasnt supposed to end up that way but time was up so i had no time to rectify it :'( then it was lunch and i was disappointed once again because it as like tze char but worse and i didnt like it boohoo
we had a muah chee making session! it was fun and tiring and funny cos everyone was trying out by whacking this bowl of cooked glutinous rice then it gets harder the longer you hit it because it was getting stickier and stickier hahaha we took a chopstick and just pick the muah chee up and roll it on the peanut powder and just ate it like that but since it was after lunch everyone ate a little only cos we all quite full
we broke into groups to make sky lanterns after that then wrote on it hahahaha it was damn funny cos all the 成语 just keep coming out. we felt like we had to write it in chinese so duh we wrote it in chinese but only one side hahahahhahaha the rest was rubbish but GPA 4.0 was on every side of the lantern LOL
we hopped onto the bus after that to jimmy art and culture park to take photos!! but it was quite useless then there got alot of tourists thats all
then to the whisky distillary and it sucked cos the lady was so freaking boring and monotone that i just drift awayyyyyyy then we had this cup of whisky which was not bad but i wouldnt want to drink it again hahahahaha
back to the farm resort for our bbq dinz hehehe we had noodles before we started cooking what they had for us and tbh i liked the noodles hehehe the dry one tasted like zha jiang mian then we barbequed authentic taiwan sausage and mushrooms and fish and alot of things om nom nom it was good but i want my bacon too but dont have :( and my sambal stingray and things we bbq in sg hahahaha
light up out sky lantern after that but i felt pretty heavy hearted cos it took 3 tries to get it up and to me it wasnt a good sign but obv i still hope our dreams will come true :(
back to the hotel room and tv and maggie mee again. we tried something new that night. i star gazed and the sky was so so so pretty and it was something none of our cameras could capture :') it was really so so so so so soooo pretty and i miss it. alot. and thankfully im almost packed for taipei so i just lied on the bed when we went back to the room hehehe
woke up earlier the next morning to do the final packing for taipei after i bathe!! and i was quite fast hehehe but we wont reach taipei until that night. we had breakfast at the usual place then to the bus that brought us to san fu leisure farm! it was damn fun and interesting!!! our guide was called elephant and he talks like those national geographic people damn funny one hahaha so we saw butterflies and i had a butterfly on my hand while xi rong & brendan smelled a butterfly's fart hahahahahahha like at different direction, the wings of the butterfly will change colour then it uses its fart to attract females to mate with it and the coolest thing was it played dead which was what it did on my hand kekeke then it was on to the frogs. he found this damn small frog and told us that it had suction on its legs thats why it could stick on glasses and it was damn cute la pls hahaha we saw another insect called 盲猪 which uses one of its legs to feel things because its blind, like what its name suggests. there was this magical tree where you rub its sensitive area, the whole tree will shake and it was MAGICAL hahahahaa but really damn cool omg like one finger can shake the whole tree. after that he showed us this pond thing below the tree and there were fishes inside!!! damn clever they all cos the mosquito will breed on the still water right then the fish eat then no mosquitos omg then we went to this magical land where there were ducks, goose, parrots, dog, cat and koi fish. its my magical land and annabelle's hell hahahahhahaha
we headed to the restaurant for lunch after that and it was once again not very good and we had like 14 people on our table with food meant for 10 people??? so there wasnt enough obviously sighpie made our own kaleidoscope at the shop and the photos below will tell you how we did it cos i lazy explain hahahaha we had fish food!!!!!!!!!!! like they gave it to us and i was excited because we were gna feed the fishes!!!!!! annabelle just poured the whole pack in and ran away if i never remember wrongly hahahahahaha then i finished mine before heading over to cheryl's there and i regretted cos she was letting the fish suck her hand and it was fun :( but nice cheryl gave me some of her food to let me try and it was really damn fun hahahah thanks cheruru keke the goose was damn noisy and ohya i fed the ducks too hehehe it was in the middle of all the fishes and it was damn funny hahahahah talked to the parrots after that LOLOL they know how to say hello and 你好 ok dont playplay hor hahaha
then the bus drove us to my other magical land. we became farmers and plucked tea leaves hehehe IT WAS AWESOME cos i fucking like fucking love tea and i cant live without it like no sugar tea like matcha do you understand me hahaha and i got to pluck my own tea leaves!!!!!!!! but stupid me went to pluck those big ass leaves and i was supposed to pluck only the baby leaves hahaha and i even thought the bigger the better LOL so after idk how long we went back to the sheltered area and poured everything out onto this big sifter. i had to throw away 90% of the leaves i plucked because it was big wtf hahaha the whole group had very little small leaves too so the amount we had was pathetic hahahahaha then we learn to like shake the thing in circle to make all the leaves into the center and we had a competition and guess what the prize was? a whole box of oolong tea and i was like i have to get it no shame man just do it hahahaha then i won during the competition HAHAHAHAHAHA i was damn nervous cos i really wanted it and i got it yay!!!!!!! then we fried the leaves and rubbed it and left it in the oven? i dont know then we went into this room to try their tea and snacks while waiting for our tea to be reason and i only had a handful of tea leaves from the one we picked but the owner gave us his share like anyone can just go there and fill up the bag on top of the one we plucked hehehe i was a happy girl LOL
then to our first night market, luo dong night market!!! i almost died a few times there cos there were so many motorbikes it was crazy we had our hello kitty cake/bread first before going to get food from the other side. i had my mala sausage and it was GOOD and seaweed and mala fishball and corn omelette with lobster salad topping and fried pork and other things hehehe i played my first kiapkiap and omg you need to do it in taiwan. you know in sg its like SGD1+ per try right but taiwan was only NT10 which was SGD40cents wtf then we played those pasar malam game too hahahah waited for the bus that fetched up to our hotel in taipei! annabelle was my room mate kekeke we bathed and headed to the seven (7-11) nearby to get our mala oden which was freakingfreaking good along with some super cheap taiwan beer (only around SGD1.40 wtf right) and annabelle got her green tea frappe from starbucksss hehehe headed back to the room and thats all for day 3!

ok thats all to my part one of taiwan hehehe school started a week ago and im so tired already cos weekends im working and weekdays i have school and its so tiring omg plus i have driving and alot of things im gna cry jk hahaha part 2 about taipei will be up soon i hope keke goodnight x
