so sarah finally came back for a few days (1st - 5th if im not wrong) and met up with the girlsssss ohya first who does project on the first day of the year?!?!?!?!! my group and i hahaha okay back to sarah hmm so we decided to swim on the 4th before she even came to singapore and just nice at that time shinta was staying at rws so we could use the hard rock hotel pool hehe my second time thereeeee but it was a gloomy day cos it was raining and we couldnt swim :(
we waited for round 2 hours before the clouds moved away and swam for awhile hehe im happy that we spent some quality time together! anyway it was me, queenie, sarah and shinta cos the others couldnt make it :( we stayed till about 6+ then sarah had to leave for dinner so we took the bv then i went back home then on sat i had another project meeting thats why i couldnt make it for the outing at gardens by the bay sighpie but im glad i met up sarah when she's back hehe went to the airport to sent her off again and i really cannot take people crying or going off :'(

we had our yearly routine of walking those florists at kovan with my popo and this year was no different. i love that moment of the year cos popo always looks so happy seeing those flowers and all :') my parents got the pussy willow and bamboo plants(?) then popo got a pot or two flowers hehe
now fastforward to reunion dinner and chinese new year. honestly cant remember when we had reunion dinner with my paternal side but it was this steamboat restaurant. it was good i guess (omg i shouldnt have procrastinated cos now everything is a blur i cant remember much LOLOL) then reunion dinner with my maternal side on chinese new year's eve!!! my mum cooked for dinnerz and it was good. i was constantly reminded of my uncle cos it was usually him doing all the cooking for all these family occasions :( life must still go on rightttttt but the memory of him stays in our hearts forever
i wore my pretty SIA sarong kebaya from chinatown hehehe is it niceeeeeeeeee ? :D i put some makeup and wore this high ballerina platform i got months ago hahaha i need a new bag honestly keke we headed to the temple on 初一 then to my uncle's place then to brendan's place at night to 拜年 then to singing k with my cousins hahaha day two was going aound singapore to 拜年 at my paternal relative's house to yiyi's house at night for dinner then gambling hmmm then day three was just having lion dance in my house (IKR!!!) hahahahaha thats all i can rememberrrrr but chinese new year didnt have the chinese new year feel this year though :( it just didnt feel very cny-ish and ya :( maybe cos we were rushing for projects at that time (COS PROJECTS WERE DUE AFTER CNY LIKE WTF?!?!) ohya then one of the days the class had an outing at brendon's place to lao yu sheng and bainian hahaha we gambled then i was the banker with $1 from everyone then i got double ace wahahaha
okay byebye i will be back soon with my feburary update soon!!! (shouldnt take too long) and the title was given when i was drafting the post and it was raining hahahahaha
